摘 要:管子、韩非的人性论都是其著书立说的前提基础。管、韩同属法家,其人性论相同之处在于:二者都是经验主义人性论的代表,都是为其政治立说而服务的。管、韩在法家内部分属不同派别,其人性论也存在着相异点:首先在对待儒家式道德态度上,管子采取的是包容性态度,把道德也看作人性所趋之"利",而韩非则采取的是拒斥道德之术的反儒立场,把人性所趋之"利"仅限定为纯粹的外在之功利;其次二者人性论所服务的执政者类型以及治国理念也存在着相异之处。总体上看,管子的人性论思想更具有包容性和开放性,而韩非的人性论思想更具有革命性和实用性。Guanzi,Hanfei's theory of human nature are based on the premise of their thoughts.Both Guanzi and Hanfei belong to Legalism,the common ideas between their theory of human nature are: first,both are representative of the empirical theory of human nature;second,the aims of both are to serve their political ideas.Since Guanzi,Hanfei belong to different factions within Legalism,there are also differences about their theory of human nature: first, on the treatment of Confucian moral,Guanzi takes the inclusive attitude to morality,while Hanfei holds the anti-Confucian position;second,the type of governors which they services also is different.Overall,Guanzi's theory of human nature is more inclusive and open,while Hanfei's theory of human nature are more revolutionary ideology and practicality.
