新建地方本科院校教学评估的意义

摘　　要：本科教学评估作为教育评估的核心,是教育行政部门监督高校办学行为,加强高校教学管理,评定高校办学水平和质量的重要手段。在新建地方本科院校开展教学评估,对其院校的发展,具有重要的现实意义:如理清办学思路,明确办学定位;加强教学基本建设,改善办学条件;强化管理体制,深化教学改革;提高办学水平,保障教学质量等。The teaching evaluation for undergraduate plays a core role in educational evaluation,it is one of the most important means for the education administration to supervise the school behavior,strengthen teaching management and assess the schooling level and quality of universities and colleges.The implementation of college teaching evaluation in new local college has important practical significance to the college development,for instance,it can clarify the school ideas,specify the school position,reinforce the teaching infrastructure,improve the conditions for running school,strengthen the management system,deepen the reform of teaching;enhance the educational levels and to protect the quality of teaching and so on.
