摘　　要：外国文学教学和学科建设随时代的发展而不断更新和整合。不论是教学与教材编著标准的转移,还是在新的"比较文学与世界文学"学科建设中,外国文学教学与学科建设遇到的更新和挑战,都值得我们深入思考。With the development of the times, the teaching of foreign literature and discipline develpment have been constantly updated and integrated. No matter the standard transfering of teaching and textbook compiling, or the new the construction of disciplines on ＂Comparative Literature and World Literature,＂ updateing and challenges encounting in foreign literature teaching and discipline building are worthy of our deep thinking.
