摘  要:对紧凑式排列管束在水平和竖直两种排列方式下的池内沸腾换热特性进行了实验研究.确认了在低热负荷条件下能够实现沸腾换热,并具有很好的换热强化效果,同时对紧凑式排列管束沸腾、套管内有限空间沸腾和降膜式强制对流进行比较.发现在相同的热负荷条件下,紧凑式排列管束沸腾换热性能超过降膜式换热,其换热特性与一般的沸腾特性有很大差异.Heat transfer experiments were carried out for pool boiling on vertical and horizontal compact heated tube array used for evaporator. Experimental results denote that compact tube array has a good enhanced heat transfer performance under low heat flux and small pitch of tubes. Compared with the confined boiling inside tube and with the forced convective of falling film, the heat transfer performance of compact tube array is better than that of falling film and is different from general boiling heat transfer. The experimental results also show that the evapporator of fulled liquid type is better than that of falling film type.
