摘  要:[目的]筛选能促进植物吸收土壤重金属的产酸菌。[方法]采用变色圈法从土壤中筛选到产酸菌株ZG49,并进行形态学观察和生理生化试验。在摇瓶发酵基础上研究了该菌株发酵液对Cd、Pb、Zn的活化或钝化效果。以印度芥菜作为重金属富集植物,通过盆栽试验考察了该菌株对促进植物修复土壤Cd、Pb、Zn污染的效果。[结果]结合形态学观察和生理生化试验,初步鉴定该菌为凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans)。菌株ZG49对土壤中的Cd、Pb有明显的钝化作用,而对土壤中的Zn有一定的活化作用;菌株ZG49可以增强印度芥菜对重金属Cd的吸收,而对Pb、Zn的吸收呈现抑制作用。[结论]该研究可为植物-微生物联合修复技术体系的建立提供适宜的菌种资源和理论基础。[Objective] The research aimed to isolate acid-producing bacteria promoting plant to absorb heavy metals from soil.[Method] The acid-producing strain ZG49 was isolated from soil by the color-changing method and characterized by morphological and culture features observation,physiological and biochemical experiments.And the strain ZG49 fermentation liquid active or inactive effects on Cd,Pb and Zn were investigated in the shaking flask.Then using Brassica junceaas as hyperaccumulator,the effect of ZG49 ferment liquid promoting plants to renovate the Cd,Pb and Zn pollution was studied by pot experiment.[Result] The strain ZG49 was initially identified as Bacillus coagulans according to the results of morphological and culture features observation,physiological and biochemical experiments showed.The strain ZG49 ferment liquid had inactive effect on Cd and Pb while had active effect on Zn in soil.The strain ZG49 could improve the absorbing ability of Bacillus coagulans on Cd,while decrease the absorbing ability on Pb and Zn.[Conclusion] The study can provide appropriate strain resources and theoretical basis for plant-microbial remediation system.
