独立学院学生培育目标定位和特色的研究与实践——以西安工业大学北方信息工程学院为例

摘　　要：在独立学院发展已初具规模的今天,改革与冲破母体院校以学科为中心的教育传统,认真研究和构建同应用型本科性质与培养目标相吻合的人才培养模式非常必要。以西安工业大学北方信息工程学院为例,对本科学生的培育目标定位,凝练办学特色,增强市场竞争力等进行了研究与实践。Nowdays,the development of independent college has begun to take shape,it is very necessary to innovate and break through the matrix academy education tradition which focuses on the subject,to research earnestly and structure personnel training mode corresponding with the applied undergraduate property and cultivating aim.Taking the example of Xi＇an Technological University North College of Information Engineering,positioning the cultivating aim of the undergraduate students,refining school-running features,increasing the market competitive power and etc.were studied and practised in this paper.
