摘　　要：目的 探讨护患沟通对急诊科护患关系的影响。方法 采用问卷调查法对132名护士（其中急诊科62名,普通病房70名）进行调查,并进行对比分析。结果 急诊科护士与患者的交流明显少于普通病房护士（P=0.001）,而急诊科的护患冲突明显高于普通病房（P=0.018）。结论 急诊科护患沟通的减少是影响护患关系的主要因素。Objective To explore the influence of nurse-patient communication on nurse-patient relationship at emergency department. Methods The questionnaire was administered to 132 nurses （including 62 nurses at emergency department, 70 nurses at general wards） in 3 general hospitals. Results There was significant difference between nurses of emergency department and general wards in nurse-patient communication （p=0.001） and nurse-patient relationship （p=0.018）. Conclusion The major factors affecting nurse-patient relationship at emergency department can be the decrease in nurse-patient communication.
