摘  要:目的:总结英美临床药学教育的经验,为我国临床药学教育的发展提供启示。方法:通过登录英美两国药学院校的官方网站,以及各大数据库和搜索引擎,获得两国临床药学专业课程设置与实践情况,建立信息数据库并进行深入分析。结果与结论:英美等发达国家在临床药学课程设置方面,已经接近生物医学或"生物-心理-社会"医学培养模式,并具有较强的开放性、创新性和综合性;实践安排方面,实践时间较长,并较早穿插在理论学习过程中,实践方向多种多样。可为我国构建适合自身实际的临床药学教育的发展策略提供参考与借鉴。OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experiences of clinical pharmacy education in America and Britain and to provide reference for the development of clinical pharmacy education in China.METHODS: The information on curriculum setting of clinical pharmacy education and clinical practice were collected from official website of pharmacy schools in America and Britain,databases and search engines in order to establish information database.Then the established database was also analyzed.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS: In respect of curriculum setting,the training model in America and Britain are close to bio-medical training model or biological-psychological-social medicine training pattern with strong openness,innovation and comprehensiveness.In respect of clinical practice,the time of clinical practice is long and throughout the process of theoretical learning.The pathway of clinical practice is various.These can provide some useful reference for establishment of development strategy on clinical pharmacy education in China.
