摘　　要：教育和谐,包括国家制度与学校制度的和谐,学校教育制度与班级制度的和谐,也包括各级教育行政部门与学校、社会其他部门的和谐,还包括学校领导与教师的和谐,教师与学生的和谐等,归根到底是"人"的和谐。Education harmony, including the national system of harmony with the school system, school system and class system of harmony, but also administrative departments and schools at all levels, other sectors of social harmony, including harmony school leaders and teachers, teachers and students in harmony, in the final analysis is ＂people＂ harmony.
