摘 要:教学反思是教师对教学过程的周到考虑和回顾性分析,以便从中获得知识,从而进行教学创新、提高教学水平。教师可以通过经验、观察、写日记、自我报告和记录教学过程进行反思。通过对教学进行深刻反思,可以更全面地了解自己的教学风格,促进自身专业发展。Reflective teaching is one in which teachers and student-teachers collect data about teaching, examine their attitudes,beliefs,assumptions and teaching practices,and use the information obtained as a basis for critical reflection about teaching. Different approaches,including experiences,peer observation,being committed in journal writing,teachers’and students’diaries,self-reports,recording lessons, can be employed by a effective reflective teacher to reflect . Reflective teaching is a significant element of improving teaching in our country and an effective form for teacher’s professional development.
