摘　　要：创新是教育发展的动力。中国旅游本科教育科学发展的关键在于准确定位和创新机制。本文提出了旅游本科教育创新发展的"1234"模式,即确立职业经理人后备人才的培养目标,遵循市场化和国际化的价值取向,坚持以案例教学为载体的理论教学、以实习实训为重点的实践教学和以职业训练为核心的第二课堂的"三驾马车"引领,加强学科基础体系、产学研合作体系、师资队伍体系和教学管理体系的支持保障,不断开创人才培养新局面。Innovation is the driving force of educational development. Accurate positioning and innovative mechanism are key for the scientific development of tourism undergraduate education in China. The paper offers an innovative patterndetermining the objective of cultivating reserve talents, following the value orientation of marketization and internationalization, insisting on the theoretical teaching with case study as the core and laying stress on practice teaching and professional training. We should strengthen the support guarantee of the basic system of discipline, cooperative system between production, learning and research, system of a large contingent of teachers and teaching administrative system.
