摘 要:本文简要回顾了虚拟现实技术在医学领域的应用,指出在外科学进入到微创手术显微时代,虚拟现实技术的发展为外科手术的教学以及手术指引与评估提供了全新的模式,因此建立相应的手术虚拟现实模型以及外科学培训系统平台也越来越得到医学与工程学专家的共识。文中分别从如何构建虚拟手术系统的三维模型、系统的功能设计、耳显微外科的临床应用等几个方面进行相关阐述,并展望了虚拟手术系统的发展前景。In the medical field, virtual reality technology provides a new model for surgical training and surgical evaluation. At the same time,computer and digital technology is integrated more extensively into surgery and minimally invasive surgery (MIS) has led to a new era. It has been proven that virtual reality technology is an useful tool of surgical training for young doctors when surgery has entered into the minimally invasive surgery era. So more and more doctors and clinical engineering experts have reached the consensus on the development of virtual reality surgical simulation system. This paper discusses how to build the three-dimensional model and design a virtual surgery system. In the near future, the VR simulation can be applied in a real operative environment such as the rehearsal of operation procedures, real-time operation guidance and telesurgery.
