摘　　要：通过培养适应温州地区汽车服务行业人才为目标,提出"依托温州地方资源,创建适应温州特色的汽车服务工程专业"的培养模式。通过挖掘温州地区资源,在师资队伍、教学方法、专业课程与实践教学等方面开展一系列的改革和探索,这对于优化汽车服务工程专业的人才培养、提高教学质量具有重大的意义。文章的研究思路对汽车服务类专业培养模式的创新具有一定的参考价值和现实意义,同时也为其他专业应用型人才培养提供思路上的借鉴。By developing the talents of automobile services industry in Wenzhou area as our training goal,the paper proposes ＂to create automobile service engineering to adapt characteristics of Wenzhou by local resources in Wenzhou＂.Through excavating the resources,a series of reforms is carrying out in the area of teachers＇ groups,teaching methods,professional courses and practice teaching and so on,which has a great significance in optimization talents training and improving the teaching quality.The paper has great significance and reference value on the innovation of training model of automobile services engineering,and it also provides experiences in training applied talents in other subjects.
