摘　　要：针对凹版印刷机的工作特点及原理,设计了一种新颖的基于TMS320F2812数字信号处理器(DSP)芯片的自动套色控制系统,各单元DSP子套印系统利用控制器局域网(CAN)与一台工业控制计算机构成主从分布式系统,与传统的单片机系统相比,控制性能和可靠性上都有所提高。实测证明:该系统具有套印响应速度快、精度高、抗干扰性强、操作方便等优点,能够大大提高印刷效率。According to the working feature and principle of gravure press,a novel automatic register control system based on digital signal processor（DSP） TMS320F2812 chip was designed.Each DSP subsystem unit connected with an industrial process computer（IPC） by controller area net（CAN） constituted distributed system,this register system was more advanced than the traditional single chip computer system in control performance and reliability.Measurement results show that the system has many advantages,such as quick register response,high precision,strong anti-interference ability and easy operation,etc.,and the printing capacity can be greatly improved.
