摘　　要：从高新技术企业所处的内外环境出发,运用拓展的平衡计分卡对企业危机的诱因进行了多层次的分析,设计全面的危机预警评价指标体系,并用数学统计分析方法提取出8大关键因子,确定因子的权重系数,构建企业危机预警模型。From internal and external environment,the paper expanded the use of the Balanced Scorecard within the Hi-tech enterprise crisis,and made a multi-level analysis.It designed a comprehensive evaluation of the crisis early warning indicators by mathematical statistical methods to extract the eight major key factors.At last,the paper determine the weighting factors and built enterprise crisis early warning model.
