摘　　要：目的通过对各类脑血管病（ＣＶＤ）患者血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）含量的动态变化的测定观察，进一步揭示ＥＴ与各类ＣＶＤ的发生、发展的关系。方法本研究动态观测了９５例脑梗塞患者、５７例脑出血患者及２７例蛛网膜下腔出血患者血浆ＥＴ含量的变化。结果（１）各类ＣＶＤ患者血浆ＥＴ水平明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０００１）。（２）ＣＶＤ患者发病后２４ｈ内血浆ＥＴ水平即开始升高，发病后１～３天或４～７天达高峰，半月后开始下降，１月后降至较正常水平稍高或正常。结论本研究结果表明，ＣＶＤ后ＥＴ升高的过程与ＣＶＤ后缺血半暗带，脑水肿及脑血管痉挛的发生时程一致。说明ＥＴ参与了ＣＶＤ的发生。Objective To observe the dynamic changes of endothelin(ET) in plasma in patients with cerebrovascular disease(CVD).Methods We measured the tends of ET levels in 95 patients with cerebral infarction,57 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 27 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage by radio immunoassay.Results (1)Compared to the control group,the levels of ET in plasma in patients with every CVD were elevated significantly ( P <0.001).(2)The trend of ET levels in plasma in patients with CVD were as follows:the ET levels in plasma were began to elevate within 24 hours after the onset of CVD,reach the peak on days 1～3 or 4～7,then remained high level until the end of the 2nd week,then became descended significantly on days 15 and became slightly higher than normal or normal levels on days 30.Conclusion This study shows that CVD is associated with marked elevation of plasma ET Levels.The time course of the occurrence of ischemia penumbra,brain edema,vasospasm and that of the increase in plasma ET coincided precisely.These results suggest that ET is involved in the development of CVD. [
