摘　　要：墨家的逻辑规律思想是其逻辑思想的重要组成部分。墨家在关于"辩"的定义、规则等有关论述中揭示了四条基本逻辑规律的内容。在探寻墨家逻辑产生背景的基础上,阐述墨家的逻辑规律思想,并指出研究墨家逻辑规律的意义。Mohist’s logic thinking of the law is its logical thinking of the components. Although Mohist didn’t mention the laws of logic, but on the ＂debate＂、rules and other relevant statements reveal the contents of the logic laws. This paper will look for the Mohist logic on the basis of its background and mainly expound its logical thinking of the laws,finally study the significance of the logic laws.
