摘　　要：将大学英语分级教学作为一个系统工程来考虑,着重探讨实施英语分级教学过程中的排课难题、考核管理困难、学生心理问题和潜在的分级管理混乱等四方面突出问题,提出针对性的系统解决方案。同时指出,解决大学英语分级教学管理难题的根本措施是建立健全科学合理的分级教学规章制度体系,通过多项制度并举、多个部门合作来达到克服困难、解决问题的目的。This paper takes college English classified teaching as a systems engineering, focusing on the research to the problems in schedule arrangement, examination management, psychological problems of students and the potential management chaos, proposing targeted systematic solutions. Meanwhile, it points out that the fundamental measure to resolve those problems lies in the establishment of sound scientific and reasonable rules and regulations, and thus to overcome difficulties and solve the problems through multi-system simultaneous action and multi-department spontaneous cooperation.
