摘　　要：市场经济的发展对大学生追求自我价值和自我实现带来了深刻影响,"务实"择业成为一种共同取向,同时也表现出一定程度的个人主义、急功近利的倾向。探究大学生择业观误区产生的原因,要充分考量就业环境交集并相互影响、共同作用的因素,因势利导,促进就业问题的有效解决。The development of market economy has brought deep influence on the college students＇ persuing of self-worth and self-fulfilment,consequently,＂pragmatic＂job hunting becomes a common choice.Meantime,this kind of choice somehow shows individualism and their eager for instant success and quick profit.To investigate the cause of misunderstanding of college students＇ job hunting,the factor the interrelationship and interaction of employment conditions must be sufficiently considered.Then,the problem of employment can be promoted to be solved.
