摘  要:"教学"是一个很广泛的概念,它包括的内容很多,如教学大纲、教学计划、教学内容、教学方法,等等,但最终的实施更多是在课堂里进行,课堂也就成了培养人才的主要阵地。根据当前学校的"三位一体"人才培养模式,分析当前课堂教学中学生对知识与能力转换的现状与不足,认为知识只有通过学习主体才能转换成能力;并就教师如何改变教学理念,树立学生主体意识,营造良好的个性发展环境,培养具有创新性人才提出几点课堂教学看法和设想。"Teaching"is the comprehensive concept with syllabus,teaching programme,content of courses,teaching method,etc.which should be implemented in classroom teaching,so that the classroom becomes the main place of the personnel training.This paper,with the"Three-in-One"Approach,analyses the present condition that the teacher in classroom teaching pays less attention to the students' ability transformed from knowledge,which,the paper believes,should be turned to the ability by the students themselves who learn it.So,how to change the teachers' notion about teaching,how to form the sense of student-centre,and how to create an environment for developing students' personality,the paper raises some suggestions which propose the idea of training the innovative talent in classroom teaching.
