摘　　要：高校每名学生每年都能得到一次有针对性的深度辅导是一项惠及全体大学生的重要政策,是大学生健康成长、顺利成才的有力支撑。大学生深度辅导如何开展是一个值得探讨的重要课题。分析认为,把握原则,注重方法,加强统筹管理是深度辅导取得实效的重要保障。College students will receive a particular ＂Depth Coaching＂ each year which is considered as a substantially important benefit. This activity is a strongly supportive assurance on college students＇ healthy growth and becoming successive persons. How to prospectively conduct the ＂Depth Coaching＂ among college students is an important project. The analysis demonstrated that principle, methods, and general control were essential insurances on application of ＂Depth Coaching＂.
