摘　　要：后勤服务社会化改革的浪潮异常迅猛,愈来愈多的企业逐步将非核心业务的后勤业务外包出去,由专业服务公司来实施。通过分析新型石油公司后勤服务外包的可行性和必要性,对服务外包的风险总体博弈分析,分别对直线型、辐射型和树状型等服务外包模式进行风险分析,介绍了一维、二维及三维服务外包决策模型。The tide of logistics service reform is increasing rapidly, and more and more enterprises make the non-core business into outsourcing business which is implemented by professional service companies. Carryout the game analysis of the risk of service outsourcing, this paper analyzes the risk of linear, radiation-based and tree-based service outsourcing, and introduces the one-dimension, two-dimension and three-dimension service outsourcing mode.
