摘　　要：本文以教育技术学中教学媒体的理论为基础,充分分析了教材在教学中的重要地位,阐明了在网络环境下进行科学化、系统化教材管理的必要性,充分分析了教材管理的业务流程,运用软件工程理论,结合管理信息系统、数据库技术理论,通过有效地分析和设计,实现了基于.NET平台、三层C/S模式下的功能齐全、方便快捷的高校教材管理系统。The paper based on the theory of teaching media in the Educational Technology analyses the importance of the teaching materials in the procedure of teaching, clarifies the necessity of scientific and systematic management of materials in the network environment. The system which makes full use of the software engineering theory and combines the systems of management information with the database theory establishes a multiple functional , convenient and efficient college and university material management system which is based on the platform of .NET and the three-tier C / S mode through the effective analysis and design.
