摘  要:农业高职教育专业人才培养方案主要由编制依据、指导思想、培养目标、岗位面向、职业行动领域、学习领域、课程标准等要素构成。辽宁农业职业技术学院依托行业,融入企业,在校企贯通"4-1-1"人才培养模式总体框架下,系统化设计教学模式、课程体系,统筹规划实训基地建设。在实践过程中,深入开展"企业主修课",大力推行"双导师制",积极实施"创新创业学分制",注重知识运用能力考核。The talents training plan of agricultural specialty of higher vocational education mainly comprise of guidelines,training objectives,job-oriented,professional action fields,studying fields and curriculum standards,etc.Rely on industries and integrating into the enterprises,under the overall framework of "4-1-1"talent training mode of linking schools and enterprises,Liaoning Agricultural Vocational and Technical College has systematically designed teaching model,curriculum system,and planed practice training base construction in overall level,and realized scientificity and systematization of specialty talent cultivation.In practice,to ensure the effective implementation of personnel training programs,the college has carried out the"business major course",vigorously pushed"dual-tutor system",actively implemented the "innovation and enterprise credit system" and focused on knowledge proficiency examination.
