摘　　要：在有单位元交换环上引进了一类特殊矩阵，称之为塔形阵．研究了塔形阵的性质，证明了全体塔形阵是环上交换代数，同时给出了塔形阵之积及逆的算法，并给出了塔形代数的概念及实例．In this paper, on the commutative ring with identity,it defines the tower matrix, studies its properties, gives the algorithms of their product and inverse, and proves that all the tower matrices form a commutative algebra on the ring. At last,It gives a new concept, the tower algebra, and provide some corresponding examples.
