摘  要:随着社会的发展变化,对建筑设计行业从业者的要求也在发生着变化。建筑教育应该考虑到社会因素,采取有效手段,有的放矢,以提高学生的社会适应性。为此,首先要明确人才培养目标、建立科学的设计观、重视建筑学的职业教育、强调建筑教育的地方特色;其次在教学实践中力求设计教学以技术理解作为基础、艺术教学以经验积累为先行,强调互动教学、团队设计和地域特色。提高学生社会适应性,对于促进建筑设计行业良性发展意义深远。with the development of economic in our sociaty,the requirements of employees in architecture designing have also been changing.In order to improve the social adaptability of the students,social factors should be taken into account and effective measures should be taken in architecture education.First,the aim of personnel training should be made clear and the scientific designing concept should be built up.Also,professional education and area characteristics in architecture should be emphasized.Second,in teaching practice,teaching of design should be based on understanding of technique and art teching should be based on the accumulation of experience.Furthermore,interactive teaching and team work as well as area characteristics should be emphasized.Improving the students' social adaptability has a profound impact on increasing the employment of the students and promoting the good development of architecture.
