摘  要:建立了用氢化物原子荧光法测定香精中的重金属汞,考察了前处理方法和原子荧光仪器对实验结果的影响,最后确定了消解试剂为3:2的硝酸和双氧水,微波消解最高温度为180℃,消解时间为25min;原子荧光的还原剂为15g/L的硼氢化钾,载流液为5%的盐酸。用以上最优化条件对反应香精进行测定,得到汞的检出限为0.0093μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.5%,回收率范围为93%-104%。Method for determination of heavy metals mercury using hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. Effects of pre-treatment methods and atomic fluorescence instruments on final results were studied. The optimum conditions were as follows: digest samples with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide with ratios by 3:2, digest samples with microwave under maximum temperature at 180℃ for 25 min; analyse digested sample with reducing agent of potassium borohydride by 15 g/L and with carrier liquid of 5% hydrochloric acid. Detection limit of mercury was 0.0093 μg/L, the relative standard deviation at 1.5% and the recovery ranged in 93-104% under the optimum conditions.
