摘　　要：随着我国高等教育体制改革的深入,高校招生规模的逐年增加,伴随金融危机的影响,大学生就业步入了一个全新的"冰冻三尺的酷寒冬天"。为了更好地实现大学生就业,不仅要夯实推动"双型"人才培养模式,更要为后期的就业工作开展指导和服务,推行就业导师制,实现集体与个人指导相结合的服务机制,进一步促进大学生的成功就业。With the deepening of higher education system reform and the increasing of recruitment scale,influenced by finacial crisis,university gradutes＇ employment has entered another frozen winter.To achieve more employments,it is necessary to insist on cultivation model of producing inter-disciplinary talents,and equally importly,to practice employment tutorial system,that is,to provide students with guidance and service in their employment,establishing a service system by the combination of giving instructions collectively and individually.
