摘 要:CD73是胞外-5'-核苷酸酶(Ecto-5'-nucleotidase,eNT),通过糖基磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)锚定于质膜的一种糖蛋白。CD73广泛分布在人体组织细胞表面。CD73具有水解酶活性,又有非水解酶作用。研究发现,CD73在多种肿瘤中过表达。CD73与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。近来,利用CD73单克隆抗体、小干扰RNA技术、特异性抑制剂APCP等在动物实验的抗肿瘤治疗中取得了显著疗效,为抗肿瘤治疗提供了新的途径。CD73 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored cell-surface glycoprotein.CD73 is ubiquitously distributed in many tissue cells.CD73 has both the activity of hydrolase and non-hydrolase.CD73 overexpressed on tumor cells has been reported in some types of cancer.Many studies show that tumor-derived CD73 is closely related with the development of tumor.Recently,therapeutic target of CD73 by using monoclonal antibody,small interfering RNA and specific inhibitor APCP has significant effect on tumor therapies.These will provide new ways for anti-tumor therapy.
