摘 要:中国的对外汉语教学始于20世纪50年代初,80年代出现了专门的对外汉语教师队伍建设的研究。对外汉语教师的素质与教师的培养研究是其中重要的组成部分。教师素质的研究成果主要体现在知识、能力、意识等方面;对外汉语专业人才的培养与在职教师培训研究成果主要体现在课程设置方面。针对当前对外汉语教师队伍的构成现状,对外汉语教师培训应针对不同地区不同环境不同层次的学员而有所不同,并且借鉴校本培训等模式。对外汉语教师的素质或能力标准以及更加有效的培养、培训模式还有待进一步的研究。Teaching Chinese as a foreign language began from 1950s in China. Research in team development of teachers teaching Chinese as a foreign language started in 1980s. The quality and training mode of Chinese teachers are the most significant components in this field. Chinese teachers' knowledge, ability, consciousness and curriculum setup in training teachers have been discussed. By investigating the composition of Chinese teachers' team, this paper proposed that teacher training should be based on the characteristics of trainee teachers, and that school- based training should be utilized. The standards of Chinese teachers' quality as well as more efficient training pattern needs to be studied further.
