摘　　要：目的了解急诊科护士标准预防措施执行情况,分析存在问题,为今后培训及管理提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计问卷对145名急诊科护士进行问卷调查,问卷包括一般资料、标准预防知识认知度、标准预防措施执行情况及影响标准预防措施执行的因素4个部分。结果 142份有效问卷中37.3%被调查者不了解标准预防的概念,59.9%护士经常用手分离使用过的注射器和针头,在有血液、体液等物质泼溅情况下经常主动戴防护镜仅为3.5%,穿隔离衣占13.3%,在影响标准预防实施因素中主要是防护用具使用不方便,其次为没有时间和无防护用具。结论急诊科护士标准预防措施执行不理想,影响因素有主客观两部分,今后除加强有效培训外,还应建立科学的管理制度,改善工作环境,保证防护用具供应,提高急诊护士标准预防行为依从性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of standard prevention procedures among emergency room nurses,and to provide a scientific basis for the future management and training.METHODS A total of 145 emergency nurses were asked to fill the self-designed questionnaires.The questionnaires were composed of four parts： general information,standard prevention awareness,implementation of prevention procedures and factors affecting implementation.RESULTS Among 142 received questionnaires,37.3% didn′t know the concept of standard prevention;59.9% disintegrated used syringes and needles by hands.Only 3.5% wore protective glasses and 13.3% wore contagion gown while they dealt with splash body fluids.The main factor affecting implementation of prevention procedures was the inconvenience of using prevention tools.The other factors included no time and without prevention tools to use.CONCLUSIONS The implementation of standard prevention procedures among emergency nurses is not ideal.There are subjective and objective affecting factors.In addition to more effective training,we should establish a scientific administrative system,improve work environment and provide prevention tools to increase obligation from emergency nurses.
