摘 要:分析杂合性急性白血病的临床。细胞形态,细胞化学,免疫学及细胞遗传学特征,以了解其临床意义。方法;选择1991年10月至1996年8月间我院治疗的成人急性白血病患者145例,采用瑞特染色,常规细胞化学染色,间接免疫荧光,G显带方法,按Catovsky标准,凡淋巴和髓系积分均≥2分者诊为HAL。To study the clinical, morphological, cytochemical, immunological and cytogenetic features of hybrid acute leukemia (HAL) in order to learn its clinical significance. Methods: 145 cases of adult acute leukemia enrolled in our hospital from October 1991 to August 1996 were selected. Wright's staining method, traditional cytochemical method, indirect immunofluorescence and G banding method were adopted. According to Catovsky criteria, two or more points from 2 separate lineages(myeloid and lymphoid lineages) were required to classify a case as HAL. Results: 9 cases(9/145) were diagnosed as HAL. There were no special clinical symptoms. The leukemic cells of most cases showed myeloid or lymphoid mark by morphological and cytochemical methods. But the immunophenotype of most cases demonstrated both markers. 5 cases were found to have cytogenetic abnormalities. Of the 9 cases, 3(3/9) achieved complete remission(CR). There was significant difference in the CR rate compared with the group of the other 136 cases of acute leukemia whose CR rate was 69. 85 %. Conclusion: Immunophenotyping technique is important in the diagnosis of HAL.
