师范生就业的新形势及对策分析

摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化的普及,师范生就业问题逐步凸现,如就业趋向多元化;用人单位门槛高,毕业生师范技能相对不足;读研深造人数持续攀高等。立足于师范生就业变化的新形势,结合师范院校培养层面的因素,从专业设置、师资建设、综合素质培养等方面综合研究,新形势下师范生就业只有从优化师范专业课程结构,建立完善就业服务体系;着力提高学生就业竞争力,拓宽学生成长成材渠道等方面入手,才能彻底解决当前师范生就业的新问题。With the popularization of higher education,teacher employment matters gradually arise,such as employment diversification;employer demands high quality graduates,while most of whom lack of the relative skill;the number of people who choose study further as post graduates is increasing.Based on the new situation changes among Normal Graduates,combined with further of normal university culture level,considerations,from professional setting,teacher development,training and other aspects of comprehensive quality comprehensive study,under the new situation Normal Graduates from the optimal structure of professional courses,establish and improve the employment service system;effort to improve normal students competitiveness,widening the ways leading to students’growth,can the new problems of present employment of Normal Graduates be solved completely.
