摘  要:目的:随着医学科学的发展,人们对科学合理的膳食对疾病的影响和转归的重要性方面的认识在不断提高.通过科学合理的膳食,可以增强病人体质,缩短住院时间,减轻病儿痛苦,减轻病人的家庭负担.方法:通过对餐车、餐具的管理,对配餐人员和炊事员的管理、卫生宣教等方面用科学合理的手段管理住院病儿的营养膳食.结果:使病人在享用不同类型的营养膳食中减轻病痛加快康复.Objective: With the development of medical science, people for scientific and reasonable meal for damage by disease and the importance of sequelae are constantly improving. Scientific meals can enhance the patient's health, expedite patient's recovery and relieve the patient's family burdens. Methods.. We manage the nourishing dietary of patient from three aspects:the cutlery, the cook, the meals personnel and also the propaganda and education of the hygiene. Results: Make the patient enjoy different types of nutritional food to relieve the pain in the rehabilitation.
