摘　　要：通过对邹城市农作物的种植、家畜家禽的饲养、某些食品加工过程的调查，与10年前分别对比，分析源头食品卫生的现状，提出合理化建议。Through to the Zoucheng crops＇ planter, domestic animal domesticated fowl＇s raising, certain food processing process investigation, con trasts separately with 10 years ago,the analysis source food health present situation,proposes the rationalization proposal.
