摘　　要：市民作为城市中最主要的因素,对于城市健康稳定发展具有非常重要的影响。因此,从道德教育与法制教育整合的概念、市民道德教育与法制教育整合的理论依据及整合的方法进行论述,深入地探讨关于加强市民道德教育与法制教育整合的必要性,具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。As the major factor in a city,civilians play an important role in the healthy development of a city.It is of great significance both theoretical and practical to discuss the necessity to integrate moral education for civilians and legislative education concerning the concept itself,the theoretical basis for this concept,and methods for the integration.
