摘 要:根据连续性、一体化和可教育性原则构建的“职前培养与在职培训一体化”体系,是应用型高校加强内涵建设和内涵发展的必然,具有提升内涵、整合资源、创新模式的作用和价值,是应用型高校建设发展的一条现实路径。应用型高校应在制度设计和机制推进、教育内容和课程设置、高水平师资队伍建设与“专业硕士”项目建设等方面,将“职前培养与在职培训一体化”作为发展路径。According to the guidance principle of continuity and integration, the construction of a system of "the integration of the pre-serviee education and in-service training" is a must, which is in line with the connotation construction of applied undergraduate education. Essentially speaking, the system is a real path for all the application-oriented colleges and universities. Application-oriented colleges and universities must strengthen their connotation construction in various aspects, such as system design, mechanism promotion, educational content and curriculum design, high-level faculty, professional master degree project construction, attempting to realize the meaning and value of the system of "the integration of the pre-serviee education and in-service training".
