摘  要:"铜陵经验"是当下我国基础教育改革的重要探索。其核心是,合理配置教育资源,将教育资源向弱势学校倾斜,不仅限于经费和基本条件倾斜,更在于生源按比例下放,教师、干部在校际合理流动,创设公平竞争条件。借鉴"铜陵经验",就是在科学发展观指导下,创新学校布局、加强基础建设、科学调配人才、搭建立体网络,拓展区域教育均衡发展的路径。"Tongling experience" is a special presentation of our country in exploring an important reform of basic education.Its core is rational allocation of educational resources,which means educational resources are tilted to the disadvantaged schools,not only limited to the basic conditions for the funds and inclination,but also the proportion of students in accordance with the decentralization,teachers,cadres in the rational flow of inter-schools,and create a condition for fair competition."Tongling experience" is a successful method,a path to a balanced development of regional education under the guidance of scientific development concept,which innovates the layout of schools,strengthens infrastructure,properly deploys the teachers,and builds three-dimensional network.
