摘　　要：体内血脂代谢紊乱常导致严重的心血管疾病。近些年的动物实验表明生姜具有较强的血脂调节作用。文章综述了生姜及其提取物与各种生姜制剂降血脂作用的研究进展,旨在为功能食品的进一步开发提供理论指导。Dyslipidemia in vivo often leads to severe cardiovascular disease.In recent years,animal experiments have shown that Zingiber officinale Roscoe.（ginger） has a stronger role in the lipid regulation.The article reviewed the research progress of ginger and its extracts,and a variety of ginger preparations relating specifically to the lipid lowering activity.Thus provide a theoretical guidance for the further development of functional food.
