摘  要:教师专业发展的传统培养模式过于强调教育理论,注重掌握教育原理和知识,容易与教育实践相脱离。生态取向的教师专业发展含有更大的包容性、系统性和现实性,是教师专业发展的必然选择。我们必须建构起符合教师专业发展规律的生态化培养模式,具体策略包括:关注自我意象、反思教学实践、营造教师文化、形成教学共同体、整合各种资源、实行多维评价,等等。The traditional cultivating patterns of teachers' professional development have over-emphasized educational theory and paid much attention to educational principle and knowledge, which are easily divorced from educational practice. The ecological perspective of teachers' professional development is more inclusive, systematic and realistic, which is an inevitable choice for.teachers' professional development. We should construct ecological cultivating pattern in accordance with the law of teachers' professional development. The specific strategies are as follows: paying close attention to our self-image, reflecting our teaching practice, building teachers' culture, forming teaching community, integrating all kinds of resources, and implementing multi-dimensional evaluation, etc.
