摘　　要：采用若羌红枣和哈密大枣作为供试材料,以河南新郑红枣作为对照,测定了3种红枣果实中内在指标(水分、还原糖、总糖、总酸度、Vc、脂肪、膳食纤维、蛋白质、灰分),并通过t检验对3种红枣进行分析,另外,从果肉组织状态方面对3种红枣进行比较,结果表明3种红枣之间存在差异性。In this study,some characters are determined to contrast with zizyphus jujuba date from Xinzheng of Henan including internal fruit quality（moisture,revertose,total sugar,total organic acid,vitamin C（Vc）,grease,dietary fiber,protein,ash） and flesh tissue state of zizyphus jujuba date that came from Ruoqiang and Hami.Through t-test analysis,the results show that there are differences among the three red dates.
