摘  要:建立了氢化物发生原子荧光法测定紫甘薯中硒的分析方法,研究了仪器的工作条件、试剂以及干扰元素对硒原子荧光强度的影响,比较了紫甘薯中无机硒和有机硒的分离提取方法。结果表明:该方法硒的检出限为0.019 ng/mL,相对标准偏差为1.34%,线性范围为0~100 ng/mL,回收率为105.2%~107.1%。紫甘薯中有机硒含量为(36.80±0.51)ng/g,占总硒的56%以上。A method for the determination of organic and inorganic selenium in purple sweet potato by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) had been presented. The effects of the instrumental parameters, chemical parameters and interferential elements on atomic fluorescence signal of selenium were investigated. The contents and ratio of organic and inorganic selenium in different extraction methods were compared. The detection limit for selenium was 0. 019 ng /ml under the optimum conditions. The linear range was 0 -100 ng/ml. The relative standard derivation was 1. 34 %. The recoveries were 105. 2 % - 107. 1%. The organic selenium content was (36.80 ±0.51) ng/g in purple sweet potato, which is above 56% of the total selenium.
