摘　　要：以汽车车轮螺母座为研究对象,根据车轮螺母座的特点确定车轮螺母座的永久变形量,考虑影响车轮螺母座刚度可靠性的不确定性和模糊性因素,分析车轮螺母座刚度模糊安全状态,应用模糊理论和可靠性理论推导车轮螺母座刚度模糊可靠性计算公式,并通过实例对车轮螺母座刚度模糊可靠性进行分析。The nutbed of automotive wheel is taken as an object of study.According to the characteristics of the nutbed of automotive wheel,the permanent deformation value is obtained.Considered the imperfection and fuzziness affecting the nutbed regidity,the fuzzy safety state of nutbed rigidity is analyzed.Based on the fuzzy theory and reliability theory,the formulae are derived,by which the fuzzy reliability of the nutbed rigidity can be calculated.Finally,the fuzzy reliability of the nutbed rigidity is analyzed by an example.
