摘　　要：食品安全管理体系是确保食品安全的基石,HACCP是食品安全管理体系的重要组成部分。但HACCP只是针对"环节"进行控制的,无法将整个食品供应链全过程链接起来。GS1系统与HACCP有机结合,是控制食品安全的最佳思路。Food safety management system is the foundation of guarantee of food safety,HACCP is the important part in the food safety management system.But HACCP is aimed at controlling the＂chain＂,it can＇t link all the process of food supply chain.To integrate GS1 system and HACCP is the best idea in controlling food safety.
