摘　　要：构建包括IT基础、组织文化、知识分类、知识获取、知识转化、知识应用、知识保护能力7个维度变量的知识管理能力模型,分析模型所处环境的动态性,运用201家中国企业的样本数据进行实证检验,结果表明模型拟合良好,研究假设得到证实。This paper constructed theoretical model of knowledge management capability, including IT-foundation, organizational culture, knowledge classification, knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, knowledge application and knowledge protection. The dynamic environment of the model was analyzed. Then, the model is tested via the empirical evidence from 201 enterprises in China. The empirical results showed that the data fit the model.
