摘　　要：本文系统总结了海军航空工程学院创造性构建具有军队院校特色的现代化教学新型体系的做法和经验。以现代化教学工程的形式推动教学体系的系统改革,工程实施包括多样化的人才培养模式、多维优化的教学内容体系、和谐互动的教学方法、人本化的教学管理机制、信息化的教学环境、多元化创新性教员队伍。This paper first summarizes the practice and experience of NAEI in creatively constructing a new modern teaching system with military academy characteristics. The reform in teaching system is promoted in the form of modern teaching project. The performance of this project includes the diverse talent training patterns,the multidimensional optimized teaching content system,the harmonious interactive teaching methods,people-oriented teaching administration system,information-based teaching environment,and the pluralistic innovative faculty.
