摘 要:随着灵活就业成为我国缓解就业压力的重要方式,我国企业劳动关系也逐渐向非标准化趋势发展,如何促使非标准劳动关系双方和谐共处是目前亟待解决的问题。用社会交换理论深入分析非标准劳动关系双方的交换过程,构建非标准劳动关系的维持机制,促使双方交换行为的顺利进行,有利于保持社会稳定,促进社会的和谐发展。With the flexible employment becoming an important way to ease the employment pressure,the business labor relations in China tends to develop gradually towards non-standard.How to encourage the harmonious coexistence of the two parties on both sides of the non-standard labor relations has become an urgent problem to be solved at present.This paper tries to conduct a depth analysis of the exchange process of the two parties of the non-standard labor relations with social exchange theory,build a maintaining mechanism for the non-standard labor relations,and promote the smooth progress of the exchange acts of the two sides,so as to keep the social stability and promote social harmony.
