摘　　要：通过搜索国外最新(2005-2008)的胜任力以及胜任力模型研究的文献,总结国外胜任特征及胜任力模型研究的新进展,重点介绍当前最新国外各个行业和职位的胜任力模型研究状况及分析工具,并分析、展望未来的胜任特征及模型应用研究发展趋势。By searching for the latest literatures on competency and competency model （2005-2008） abroad,this paper makes a summary of the new development situation of competency and competency modeling abroad.Also the paper introduces the latest research situation and analysis tools about competency model of each field and position currently.At last,it analyzes and predicts the development trend of competency and the application of competency modeling.
