摘　　要：阐述了氮化硅结合碳化硅窑具材料的生产技术、生产工艺流程及使用情况。指出作为现代窑具的替代产品。The productive technology and productive flowsheet of Si3N4 bonded SiC kiln furniture materials were introduced in this paper,and the serving situation has been investigated.It was concluded that as a good substitute for kiln furniture,Si3N4 bonded SiC kiln furniture material has wide market prospects.
