摘  要:动物胆汁是一种历史悠久的传统中药,其性味苦寒、无毒,具有清热解毒、止咳、平喘、利胆明目等功效,胆汁酸(bileacid)是结合的各种胆酸类物质的总称。胆汁酸中含有大量的胆色素类物质,严重影响胆酸类物质的提取和纯化。过氧化氢带有过氧键,容易因过氧键断裂生成过氧自由基,有强氧化性,使色素分子之双键转换成单键而退色。因此,实验以皂化后猪胆汁酸为原料,采用过氧化氢对胆汁酸进行脱色。研究料液pH、过氧化氢的添加量、处理温度、处理时间等单因素对脱色效果的影响,通过SAS8.2统计分析系统对二次旋转试验结果进行分析,结果显示:料液pH12.05、过氧化氢的添加量10.13%、处理温度45.85℃、处理时间6.4h,脱色率达到90.84%。Animal bile has a long history used in traditional Chinese medicine.It tastes bitter,cold and is non-toxic which has the function of heat-clearing and detoxification,cough release,asthma,eye-care,etc.Bile acid is a combination of a variety of choric acid substances in general.Bilins in the bile acid and greatly influenced the extraction and purify of choric acid.The peroxide bond in the hydrogen peroxide is easy to break and generate peroxy radicals.Those peroxy radicals has strong oxidizing ability to convert the double bond in bilirubin pigment molecules into single bond and fade its color.The experiment took saponified acid bile as the raw material,used the Response Surface methodology to optimize the processing of decolonization with hydrogen dioxide.The influence of the pH in the liquid,the hydrogen dioxide amount、the treatment temperature and the treatment time in the decolorizing are studied.SAS8.2 statistics analysis system was used in the analysis.The result showed the best condition was pH 12.05,the hydrogen dioxide amount 10.13%,treated under 45.85℃ for 6.4h,the decolorize ratio of acid bile was up to 90.84%.
